What is "Made to Order"?

Okay, so let's clear up the lingo.

"Print on Demand" is just one part of a bigger idea called "Made to Order."

Think of it like this: your merch is only made once your fan places an order and pays.

Which means you don't need to make anything more than few samples.

This is the real game-changer. It means you don't have to guess what your follower wants or spend a lot of money on stock that just sits in a storage room.

We handle everything on the back end, from printing to shipping, so you can drop new designs, sell special editions, or even create merch just for a single show without the risk.

The Printing Techniques: How We Bring Your Vibe to Life

Your art is unique, and so are the ways we can print it. Knowing the difference between the techniques means you can choose the perfect finish for your brand.

Here's a quick look at the main methods we use:

Direct-to-Garment (DTG)

How It Works: Imagine a giant inkjet printer, but for clothes.

DTG sprays water-based ink directly onto the fabric.

Best For: This is your go-to for designs with lots of colors, gradients, or even photographs. Since there's no setup for each color, it’s perfect for one-off items and small batches. The print is soft and soaks into the fabric, so it feels like a part of the t-shirt.

Direct-to-Film (DTF)

How It Works: We print your design onto a special film, then press it onto the garment using heat.[3] It's a two-step process that gets amazing results.

Best For: DTF is the most versatile option because it works on almost any fabric—cotton, polyester, or a mix of both.[3, 5] The colors are super vibrant, even on dark clothing, and the print is durable and won't crack or peel easily.[6] This is a great all-rounder for any kind of merch.

Screen Printing

How It Works: This is the OG of T-shirt printing. A stencil (or "screen") is made for each color in your design, and ink is pushed through it onto the fabric.

Best For: When you need a massive amount of the same T-shirt, screen printing is the most cost-effective option.

The prints are incredibly durable, bold, and have a classic feel.

It's ideal for simple logos and bold, solid designs for a tour or a festival.

Vinyl Printing

How It Works: A machine cuts your design out of a special vinyl sheet, and then we use heat to press it onto the fabric.

Best For: This method is perfect for simple designs, like your brand name, a single logo, or bold text.

It has a slightly raised, smooth feel and can be used for fun, specialty effects like glitter or metallic finishes.

It's a quick, easy way to create a few custom pieces without any complex setup.
